Current mood: ?

I can't believe how much time this wasted.
[Relationship Status] - Single
[Parents still together] - Yes
[Siblings] - [info]orestria
[pets] - None

FAVORITES
[Color] - Black
[Number] - 74
[Animal] - I'm gonna say cat, because I don't want to look up the small wild cats with really huge nearly prehensile paws. They were cool on the Tonight Show though.
[Book] - Lord of the Rings, or the Expanded Psionics Handbook (D&D 3.5)
[Flower] - None

DO YOU
[Twirl your hair?] - Negative
[Have tattoos?] - Negative
[Cheat on tests?] - Negative. Most tests are too easy to even think of cheating on.
[Like roller coasters?] - Negative
[Wish you could live somewhere else?] - Negative
[Like cleaning?] - Negative
[Write in cursive or print?] - Print only. We have the internet now. Writing will soon be phased out.
[Know how to drive?] - Yes
[Own a cell phone?] - Negative
[Ever get off the internet?] - Negative

HAVE YOU EVER
[Been in a fist fight?] - Depends on your definition. One kid in public school really wanted to fight over something, and I kept walking away, but he kept coming until eventually I turned around and basically choke-slammed him. It was very weird. The other time was some retard in high school. He and his moron friends were harassing me and my friends in art class (throwing stuff), so I told on him. Later that day, he fought me... I didn't fight back, just blocked. Then I went in and told the principle. Cause-and-effect you antisocial retard!
[Considered a life of crime?] - Not seriously.
[Considered being a hooker?] - I have idly wondered if it would be an alternative IF I were a women. However I don't think that double-hypotheticals constitue real consideration.
[Been in love?] - Yes.
[Made out with JUST a friend?] - Negative
[Been in lust?] - Likely
[Kicked someone in the nuts?] - Only in public school. Everybody kicked that kid, because he responded by laughing (doubled over on the ground, but still he laughed). Laughter was a poor evolutionary defense mechanism against being kicked in the nuts.
[Current clothing]- Uncharacteristically short-sleeved shirt (it's a bumming around the house shirt I don't wear outdoors), and dress pants. And my prescription sunglasses, because I stopped using regular glasses months ago.
[Current hair] - Um, long-ish for me, but I haven't had actual long hair for about 5 years (before that I didn't cut my hair for about 5 years. Had long computer geek ponytail)

[Current thing I ought to be doing] - Finishing Wednesday's AGC comic. Finishing Friday's D&D excerpt. Learning how to send XML data from Flash actionscript. Working out some bugs from in-progress Flash game. Starting new Flash game with greatly superior customer appeal/marketability.
[Currently playing] - 24 hour TV news. I flip between 2 different ones except when anything good is on.
[Last movie you saw] - Ong Bak, Thai Warrior.
[last thing you ate] - Mr Noodles soup (Spicy Chicken)
[Believe there is life on other planets?] - Sure
[Read the newspaper?] - Negative. I follow national news on TV quite regularly, and skim headlines on CNN.com
[Hated yourself?] - Negative. Hated things about self sometimes, but do not question self worth.
[Collect anything?] - Not really
[Like your handwriting?] - Printing only. Its strength is legibility, its weakness it that it looks the same as it did in grade 4, only neater.

LOVE...
[First crush] - I have no idea honestly.
[you believe in love at first sight?] - No, although many things can happen at first sight, love is a bond. It requires knowledge (if only percieved knowledge) beyond appearances.
[you believe in "the one?"] - I believe that you make someone "the one". The process is bipartisan.
[Are you a tease?] - Negative
[Too shy to make the first move?] - It would be a very slow move. Like months.

ARE YOU
[A Daydreamer] - Stricktly, I would say no. I am nearly always thinking of other things, but I style myself more a multitasker.
[Sarcastic] - Yes. Yes I am.
[shy] - Too broad a descriptor. I am not overly self-conscious, and generally don't care what people think. On the other hand, I am certainly not outgoing, and do not depend much on human interraction.
[Talkative] - I can waste infinite amounts of time telling people about the massive library fictional characters, settings and stories which I have created in my head, but in a quiet room I am more likely to say nothing.

WOULD YOU RATHER...
[Pierce your nose or lip?] - Negative. I assume nose would be less painful and intrusive, but it is still like asking "which finger would you rather amputate".
[Be serious or funny?] - Although I make humorous observations fairly frequently, my overall disposition (compared to any average) would definitely be characterized as serious.

ARE YOU...
[Simple or complicated?] - If you delve down and really know them, all humans are complicated. If they somehow manage to end up simple, then they are of no interest, and likely of little value.

ABOUT YOU...
[What time is it] - 11:32 AM
[Name] - Casey Herdman [NMI]
[Nickname] - Closest thing is my internet handle, Demonac. It is not a mispelling of "demonic", but rather a proper name pronounced DEE-MON-ACK. My backup for Mechwarrior 4 was going to be DemonAC10, because the AC-10 assault cannon is a well-reknown weapon in that game, but the username Demonac is (in my experience) never taken. Anywhere. If you do a "whois" in some game and see Demonac, it is probably me.

WHAT DO YOU WANT...
[Where do you want to live] - Ontario, Canada. We have a standard of living that is rivalled by few places in the world, low crime, low violence, health care, a powerful economy, all the amenities of affluent North American society, and other than Toronto there is very little congestion, low population density. And I don't like hot weather.
[How many kids do you want] - Zero.
[What kind of job do you want] - My dream job would be a top-reputation video game or movie writer/producer. Then kind of person who can essentially come up with ideas, settings, characters, concepts, take them as far as they want personally and then hand the projects off to others, retaining creative control while others do the vast majority of the actual work. Unfortunately, no matter how good you are, it takes decades in your field to reach that point.
[Do you want to get married] - I want that kind of relationship, but it is the connection, the bond that is important. Marriage is an archaic title... in modern society, it is either an economic contract, or merely an afterthought.

UNIQUE..
[Nervous Habits] - Thinking
[Are you double jointed] - Negative
[Can you raise one eyebrow] - I am surprised that there are people who can't.
[Can you cross your eyes] - Yes.
[Do you make your bed daily] - ~60%

CLOTHES, ETC...
[Which shoe goes on first] - Left
[Ever thrown one at someone] - Negative
[How Much money do you carry in your wallet] - Never over $100 CDN. Over the last year or two, rarely that much.

IN THE PAST 24 HOURS HAVE YOU...
[Bought something] - ...a loaf of French bread?
[Gotten sick] - Negative
[Sang] - Little scraps of wordless tunes when I am alone.
[Felt stupid] - Actually, the last 24 hours... I don't think so. But that is more of an exception. Very brief issue-specific feelings of stupidity are not uncommon, but neither are they persistent.
[Missed someone] - Several
[Gotten drunk] - In the past 24+ years... Negative
[Gotten high] - In the past 24+ years... Negative
[Danced crazy] - Negative
[Gotten your hair cut] - Negative
[Watched cartoons] - Several.
[Lied] - Negative

HAVE YOU EVER...
[Been to California] - Negative
[Been to Europe] - France
[Wished you were the opposite sex] - Negative

HONESTLY...
1. Honestly, are you in love right now? Negative
2. Honestly, what color is your underwear? Most is grey. A few are a dark navy blue. I think I have a white one somewhere...
3. Honestly, whats on your mind right now? The usual. Life, the universe and everything.
4. Honestly, what are you doing right now? Wasting time, apparently. This takes quite a long time to fill out.
5. Honestly, what did you do today? Cancel the phone at my previous address. And work on some of those things I mentioned under what I should be doing right now.
6. Honestly, do you think you are attractive? What, physically? Everyone comes off differently from different angles. I have a number of attractive angles, some that are less so, and in general, the more emotion I show the more I look like an idiot. Fortunately, I don't show much emotion.
7. Honestly, have you done something bad today? Negative
8. Honestly, do you watch disney channel? Negative
9. Honestly, are you jealous of someone right now? Negative. Many people may have things that I wish I have, but I don't really experience that in an emotional way.
10. Honestly, what makes you happy most of the time? Learning. Creating. Seeing and being inspired by the creativity of others.
11. Honestly, do you bite your nails? Negative
12. Honestly, what is your mood right now? Neutral
13. Honestly, who do you want to see at this very moment? Nobody specific.
14. Honestly, do you have a deep dark secret? I would differentiate between secrets and omissions. I don't have any real secrets. But I don't blurt out everything that I think about everything or everything that I do, so over time I accumulate many things that I don't tell people.
15. Honestly, do you hate someone right now? Negative. Not personally. However there are many things that I hate, and there are many people who I would (for expediency's sake) describe myself as hating because of their behaviors, policies, idiologies or idiosynchrocies. For example, the top elected leaders in every country in North America, at the moment.
16. Honestly, who/what do you want to hug right now? Irrelevent.
17. Honestly, are you in denial? Selectively.
18. Honestly. Who would you like to have sex with right now? I seriously, honestly, want a relationship. I consider sex a part of such a relationship, but not a top priority, as evidenced by the fact that when you are in love, you actually think about sex less.
19. Honestly, do you like someone? Negative
20. Honestly, does anyone like you? Negative
22. Honestly, did you answer all these questions honestly? That was my intention.

C - CRUSH: Negative
D - DADS NAME: Bryan
E - LAST PERSON OF OPPOSITE SEX TO TALK TO: Mom
F - FAVORITE BAND/ARTIST: Negative
G - GUMMY BEARS OR WORMS: Worms. Assuming they are still gummy.
H - HOMETOWN: North Bay
I - INSTRUMENT: Piano (though I doubt I can remember a single piece after the better part of a decade)
K - KIDS: Negative
L - LONGEST CAR RIDE: Irrelevent.
M - MILK FLAVOR: Chocolate
N - NUMBER OF SIBLINGS: 1
O - ONE THING YOU LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF: I have unlimited ideas for characters, settings, stories. I have extremely limited time/resources to implement such things.
P - PHOBIAS: Negative. I suppose that I don't like heights IF the structure I am on does not seem sturdy (like an unsecured ladder) but I think that's more common sense. I have no problem looking out the window of a skyscraper.
Q- FAVORITE QUOTE: One of four lame-assed "Flash villains" in a Justice League unlimited episode, trying to determine who should attempt the next deathtrap: "Taking turns is stupid."
R - REASON TO SMILE: I don't smile much. That doesn't necessarily mean that I am UNhappy, but it does take more to make me smile than the average person. It also takes a LOT more to make me smile with my teeth. Most emotions, particularly negative ones, do not show up easily on my face, except for movement of my eyebrows (this effect is probably compounded by the fact that I wear dark sunglasses all day even indoors).
S - SONG YOU LAST HEARD: I was playing some random cartoon/anime theme MP3s yesterday. I don't remember where I stopped... actually, I think the last one was the boss theme (slasher Zero) from the fighting game King of Fighters 2000.
T - TIME YOU WOKE UP: Between 8:00 and 8:30. I turned on the news, but didn't get up right away.
U - UNKNOWN FACT ABOUT ME: Unknown.
V - VEGETABLE YOU HATE: Brussel sprouts, cabbage in any form, cooked spinach. I greatly dislike the texture of mushrooms. I don't like RAW tomatoes (but eat products of cooked tomatoes with great regularity). Most other vegetables are okay, if not good.
W- WORST HABITS: Concieving of new products before even starting previous ones.
X - X-RAYS YOU'VE HAD: Dental, foot (I forget which one, it was in public school)
Z - ZODIAC SIGN: Beyond irrelevent. So irrelevent that it makes SpongeBob's opinions on US immigration policy look important. Seriously, what century are you people living in?

First real best friend: Uh, his name was Jess. This was really EARLY in public school. I haven't seen him in the last 75% or so of my life.
First Cellphone: Negative
First pet: Negative
First piercing/tattoo: Negative
First big trip: My family used to go to Florida for 2 weeks a year when I was young.
First flight: Florida.
First Celebrity Love: There are many hot celebrities. But that's not love. I've never even had what one would characterize as a celebrity "crush", or even an idol.
First time out of the country: Florida. I have been to France once, but you keep asking first, so it's always going to be the same one, geez.
First job: Landscaping assistant for Deer Creek Garden care. Part of the reason dad started his own business was to provide a good-paying summer job to help me work my way through university. Between that, and some good investments that my parents used for me, I graduated with no student debts.
